Informative
Temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) affects approximately 10% of the population, mainly women between the ages of 20 and 50.
The cause is often multifactorial: stress, jaw tension, teeth grinding, or poor posture. It can also cause various symptoms such as earache, headache, dizziness, or limited mouth opening.
Early treatment with physiotherapy prevents complaints from becoming chronic and promotes the recovery of normal function.
